These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the O-Hyphen website and application (the “Service”), operated by O-Hyphen (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

O-Hyphen provides rule-based trade signals by email and in-app, a signals feed, a market health dashboard, a trade journal with CSV import, performance analytics, and AI-generated insights. The Service is educational and informational only. We do not provide personalized investment advice, and we do not execute trades, hold funds, or manage accounts on your behalf. Broker connections are read-only.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information when registering and keep it current.

3. Subscriptions, trials, and cancellation

• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. New subscriptions include a 14-day free trial; if you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
• You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not provide prorated refunds except where required by law.
• Prices may change with reasonable advance notice before your next renewal.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• redistribute, resell, or republish our signals or content, in whole or in part;
• share your account or credentials with others;
• attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or bulk-download the Service or its data;
• use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its strategy rules, signal content, software, and branding, is owned by O-Hyphen and protected by intellectual-property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. The exact parameters of our strategies are proprietary and confidential.

6. No advice; assumption of risk

All content and signals are general education, not advice tailored to you. Trading involves substantial risk of loss, and leveraged ETFs and options involve additional, significant risks. Performance figures on the site are hypothetical backtested results unless stated otherwise, and past performance does not guarantee future results. You trade entirely at your own risk. Please read our Risk Disclosure, which is incorporated into these Terms.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that signals will be timely, accurate, complete, or profitable, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, O-Hyphen and its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any trading losses, lost profits, or lost data, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless O-Hyphen from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your trading activity, or your breach of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms or for conduct that could harm the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in the app, and continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which O-Hyphen is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located there, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
