• Trading data you provide. Journal entries you create and CSV files you import, and — if you connect a broker (for example Alpaca or TradeZero) — account, position, and fill data accessed through read-only connections. We never receive permission to trade or move money.
• Usage data. Log data, device and browser information, pages visited, and interactions with the Service, collected through standard analytics.
• Communications. Emails you send us and your communication preferences.

2. How we use information

• to provide the Service: deliver signals, operate your journal, compute analytics, and generate AI insights;
• to process subscriptions and manage your account;
• to communicate with you about signals, product updates, and support;
• to secure the Service, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations;
• to improve the Service, using aggregated or de-identified data.

3. What we never do

• We never sell your personal information.
• We never use read-only broker access to place trades or move funds.

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Service (for example payment processing, email delivery, hosting, and analytics), under contracts requiring them to protect it; when required by law or legal process; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice where required.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6. Your choices and rights

• You can update your account details in the app at any time.
• You can disconnect a linked broker at any time, which stops future syncs.
• You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails via the link in each message.
• You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us. Some records may be retained where legally required.

7. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how the Service functions.
